Letter from Dr. Disraeli
Dear Patients,
I wanted to write you in regard to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), as I know many of you have questions and are concerned about going to the dentist. While we know that our oral health practice is safe for patients and staff, the ongoing news about the virus can make people nervous.
First and foremost, I want to assure you that my highest priority is always the well-being of all our patients and the staff. As a dental professional, we already practice daily infection control procedures & standard routine precautions and are in compliance with the CDC, OSHA and the Dental Practice Act guidelines.
I am also monitoring information from the CDC, and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations. I am communicating regularly with our staff to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our patients.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions, and we urge you to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any respiratory or flu-like symptoms, have recently traveled abroad or have come in contact with someone who is ill with a fever, cough and/or fatigue.
By staying proactive, informed, and calm we will be able to provide you with the fantastic dental care we have always provided.
Sincerely,
Dr. Doug Disraeli
